Everything in life is a state of mind. When you think fat, you feel fat. When you feel good and face the world with a smile then you feel good. I am diligently working on my attitude towards how I see things. I'm teaching myself that I may never be pencil thin, but I can look healthy, and kick ass! I do not need to starve nor over indulge to determine how I feel. For awhile I thought that if I could control what went into my moth I could control everything else that was going on! But that was not the case and my eating too spiralled out of control. Now though thanks to this site I am recording what I eat and what I do. It really is good therapy, and small achievements are worth celebrating. Now however it is time to get ready for work. Have a good day everyone..
