Trying to pay attention to what I eat and keeping my portions correct, rather than on carbs or fat. I still low carb, but not the same way. Instead I am trying to eat like a normal person and I think the cravings are actually lower. I can compare this to when I used to try to give up chocolate (I think those were my WW days) before chocolate was revealed to be good for the body. I would eat low cal carob bars. These did nothing to stop my chocolate cravings, actually made them worse, and I would finally break down and eat a lot of real chocolate. I've been making lower carb pies because it is fruit season, and leaving most of the crust. I can stop at one piece.
That being said, there are no donuts in my house, they call my name like sirens on the Rhine called to soldiers. Helllllooooo, here I am, come and get me.
