So, my diet went down the drain this weekend. I ate out with family for 2 meals - which totally made my carb & calorie count skyrocket! But, it's Monday morning & I'm back on the grind! I am pushing myself to get down to 186ish by Sunday - surprisingly, I made it down to 190 yesterday - happy happy happy dance! :) lowest I have been in months... wahoo!
I bought a size M shirt yesterday - just another thing to motivate me to lose this weight! I can't wait until it fits me!! :)
I have also become addicted to the sparking ICE waters.. ahhh, the grapefruit one is amazing. I drink one each day, amongst my regular waters.
