That's me on my turbo trainer as I watch the Tour de France, a little difficult to text while I spin lol you definitely couldn't do it on the road lol looking to do around 2 1/2 hours of which the last 55 minutes will be HiiT , l will do Lean and Mean today, l will sweat buckets so got plenty of water and a towel. Let you see the calories burnt at the end, wish me luck lol
