That's where I struggle. Night time chomping. I have to either eat less at night or do intermittent fasting and skip breakfast to save up some calories. Eating in the morning is not helping me control my evening appetite at all.

What are you eating? Do you need more salt maybe?
I try to be done eating by 6pm or so, more for sleep quality than anything. The first few days are hard but the body adjusts.
