Whoop whoop, started round 2 on Monday. Happy with my results so far. Adding circuit training on Monday, will see what the results will be next weigh in
54.7 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
