It must be a full moon or something. I am the same way the last few days. My excuse is hormones. Some months I get cramps, some just bloated, but this month I have tried to eat anything that isn't nailed down. A few more days and back to normal and back to losing. This is so much harder than I expected. UGH.
BUT we are strong and a day or 2 wont hold us down for long. Every day is a new day and a new beginning so as I am falling alseep tonight the only thing I will think about is how I'm gonig to kick butt tomorrow!!!
