I just got my blood work back and I’m very happy with the results:
Since starting this SBD my total cholesterol went down 37 points, HDL(good)went up 3 points, LDL (bad) went down 22 points and Triglycerides went down 94 points. I’m so excited! I am going to stay on this diet!
