I have a quick question. What do you consider high LDL cholesterol level? My report came back with 107 and they call it high, but I read that really dangerous is about 240 or above... I googled the diet change like for an hour, and now I think that I might have panicked in vain. :)Now I just want to laugh at myself. I found a lot of great dietary recommendations though that sounded good...
