July 8,2017 This is day 4. I'm finding it much easier to stay satiated with less carbs. I'm really feeling proud of myself. So I'm continuing on, going to a potluck picnic in the park with many many friends, so I'm having a marvelous salad right now and I'll be cognizant of portions and quality and I will focus on getting some movement in. I'm a happy camper. My husband is happy to see me doing well also. By the way yesterday I counted in 2 5 oz glasses of red wine and had some doable snacks available. I often get hungry and eat a whole day's worth of food no I'm just kidding I guess so a friend recommended having some safe snacks available. It worked!
