I am going to try not eating butter for a few days to see if my runny nose does not clear up. It may be setting off my milk allergy. Also, I ate two slices of bread, yesterday, and had some intestinal problems, this morning. Better to avoid gluten until I see how the vegetarian diet works out.

What I've noticed with processed grains such as bread and white grains is that I'm hungry for more two hours later, that is likely when the sugar hits my blood streeam after digestion. It's almost like an addiction that prevents me from eating the amount of plant food I need.
