Let the weekend begin:
So the weekend is usually when I start to really fall apart, and I am not sure why. I think cuz most weekends I am just sitting around the house busy for the most, but when it slows I get really bored and figure I might as well eat something. I have fought this all the time, I really need to try and keep busy on the weekends.

But even staying busy back fires cuz I usually am out and forget to eat so it is off to a fast food place, or if I make plans with friends it usually involves a drink or six. I figure with the challenge I am in for Lent drinking with friends is pretty much a easy task. So now it is just trying to find things to do over the weekends to help me keep on track.

Keep some *raw* almonds in your glove box or your pocket...that way when you're out and about and get *snacky* - a few of those will fill u up rather quickly...it's actually what I had to do today...took an apple and some almonds just in case I wasn't home for lunch...for times at home - get some 100 calorie bags of pop corn....a YUMMM snack...hope your weekend goes really well and u stay focused on your goal....D

I survived, was around the house a lot more than I thought, and the fact that my some actually likes subway helps that too.
