A first for me--i m out of town and i still logged all my food including the complimentary cookies at the hotel, still came in just under my RDI, AND i worked out in the hotel fitness room! It was a good day!
106.1 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That's awesome! I really have to remember to bring workout clothing when I go out of town...glad to see you are sticking to it, I've had trouble over the last few weeks...results this week don't show it though, maybe due to the exercising?? Anyway, keep up the effort! Later.
