Last night I bought Genisoy Soy Protein Powder at walmart. It was over by the supplements by all the whey protein. It was in a canister like what oatmeal comes in. I have been studying the protein powders for a few weeks now. It seemed that they all had added sugar which meant carbs to flavor them. I didn't need more carbs, so I got this since it is babically just the soy protein! There are no carbs and 1.5 g fat and 25g protein per 3 Tbsp serving! I mixed it in my smoothie this morning. It isn't BAD, but it isn't delicious either, as I wouldn't expect it to be delicious. Those ones with added sugar and chocolate flavoring I am sure are better tasting, but it sin't about the taste for me! I can also recommend it because GNC wants 25-40.00 for whey protein powders. Walmart sells those for 15-25.00. The Genisoy is less than 10.00 for the I think 32 oz can. It was worth the 10.00 to try it to make sure I could stomach it lol!
