This is not as tragic as it may seem. I've picked up some bad eating habits as I am going faithfully to the gym every day. The result is muscle gain and some fat gain. Its summer time and I have much more of the body that I hoped for this year. Things are so crazy in my personal life I am proud of my progress and failure has been minimal considering. So onward with better eating the next two weeks should show some awesome progress.
