Decided to try a vegan diet after seeing a documentary on Netflix, called "What The Health". Said eat vegan 2 wks, & arthritis may go away, less meds to take because body cures itself, Etc. I've been on it a week, gained 2 lbs, feel worse. Going to stick with it another week, if no changes, back to Low carb/Keto for me.
