I am staying at 122. I know it is what I am eating because I am getting plenty of exercise. I really like cheese and tend to eat a lot of it, so I am going to try and cut some of the cheese out. I also have been slacking in the fruit and veggies department. Going to eat some veggies and meat tonight for dinner. Snowboarding season is almost here, which can be challenging for me. It's a great workout, but we always go back to the lodge and drink beer and eat the pulled pork sandwich to warm us back up. I will probably allow myself part of the pulled pork, but I may have to cut out the beer most of the time.
