Well had a great start today. Gone over on my net carbs somehow , but still have not had any sweetners , drank only water ; loads of it. I'll have to hone my carb counting skill again. I know I had a whole avocado but I think that's good on your first day when you are detoxing!
I had to serve dinner at work as well. Laden with carbs it was!! I didn't feel tempted. I am trying to retrieve past mindsets and keep them there this time.
