I do not believe there has ever been a time in my life when I have had to find the strength and the courage to let go of "stuff".
The only blessing is that today is Friday, so at least at 3pm I will be able to leave one aspect of stress for at least 3 days.
However it will be filled I am sure with other stresses, like having to face someone without having a total melt down.
My other problem that is scaring me is the fact that I am having such an incredibly hard time eating. I crave nothing, this is something else that I have only experienced one other time. My worst fear is that it will lead to an all out junk food binge, which would make me sick and my IBS go crazy again. For this issue alone I need help!

Well here's to getting through the next 7 hrs and here's to getting through the day.
Have a wonderful long weekend... I plan to make it a cleansing one.
