Breakfast. A bit too much of carbs, but I plan to balance it during the day.Yesterday was a leg.Lighter weights but more repetitions.I'm happy with my progress. The hardest part was to understand what I wanted more,to keep eating the way I was or to be fit.

After eating primarily healthy food (no sweets or bread etc) for a few months, when I did finally treat myself to the occasional cookie or doughnut hole, I found they tasted so much better than I remembered. I guess absence does make the heart grow fonder... or at least the taste buds.

It's great it you can omit bread and sweats from your diet and feel good! Unfortunately for me, I love good bread and a desert. It also has a sentimental value. So I just try to eat them mindfully, enjoying every bit)
