Yes, this is a real one but on hotel gym scale, so we still need to see what happens when I come back home.

Dang, no, not this one, half a pound on 19th is real. The only way for me to know these are old is to go to journal view. Than I need to scroll a few years back to find them, but they show up in the feed now. Have no idea why.
