Had a Jimmy Dean Simple Scrambles Meat Lovers cup for my lunch today. Not bad & cheaper than Atkins. 300 calories, 2g carbs. Tried to enter it in Food Diary but Fatsecret must not have added it yet. So I just put the ingredients in.

Also if you have a smartphone, you can install the fat secret app which has an easy to use scanner included. Almost every food item that has a barcode can be instantly entered into your food diary- you just select the portion size. The app is free for both Apple and Android.
