Time to confess. I started out with good intention. But I failed. I ate a lot of calories yesterday. Today I will try to wash them out with lots of water. I’m glad that I’m not home because I don’t have a scale here. Tomorrow I have another party to go to. This is a tough time of year for diet. I have six Christmas parties to go to. I feel like just forgeting diet until New Years.

gug, everyone is right! You can't back-slide on us now! behave during 5 of those 6 parties! You are so CLOSE to your goal, and you just made 114! Remember how happy you were that day??? Stay focused and tell yourself that you better than most women at that party, because YOU ARE IN SHAPE AND THIN!!
