Today was Back Day.

I lifted a total of 63,559 pounds compared to 60,067 pounds last week for an increase of 3,492 pounds.

Only 10 minutes of preworkout Cardio today.

Tomorrow is Cardio and ABS, so took a break from cardio.

I am staying with HIIT Cardio only 4 days a week and no more.
