I haven't been able to get to the gym lately, which has made me sad. However keeping my calories low and maintaining diet has proved to be enough. Having moved 1hr away from my last town makes things difficult.

I am a firm believer of diet>exercise for weightloss. I'm hoping to maintain as much lean muscle as possible so missing a few lifting sessions isn't the best situation for me, though it's definitely not the end of the world. Thanks Serenitydee :)
