My breakfast. I was planning to bake a cake later in the afternoon, so had to be careful with my calorie intake. I'm on 1700 calorie, p25/f35/c40. For a week so far. The hardest part so far is to keep protein/fat/carbs ratio in check. In terms of calories I'm doing alright. Love this app. Before I would just eat uncontrollably, like there is no tomorrow. Now I know how much is enough. Never hungry.
