Alhamdulillah turun dengan sendirinya tanpa olahraga. Caranya :

1. Pagi sarapan telur rebus 1
2. Siang nasi setengah, lauknya bebas, bisa ayam dll
3. Malam ayam bakar dada + Telur Rebus 1
4. Aku masih nyemil kue2an kayak crispy cracker, ritz cheese, roti sagu, kacang goreng di malam hari
76.3 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.0 kg a Week
