My eating schedule was thrown off by my day off with an early evening activity to attend. I made good choices throughout the day until after anearly dinner and i had a second brownie for dessert and a starbucks. Even those two poor choices did not put me over my rdi. What did undo my pretty good day was the third brownie i had when i got home at 8pm. Then i just had the munchies amd kept going back into the kitchen. I had dried fruit, a fat free pudding cup and a cheezncrackers snack all begween the hours of 11 pm and 3 am. if i hadnt had that brownie or gotten up and watchex tv from 11 to 3, i might have managed to stay out of the kitchen. But i did do those things and now i m going to try to sleep and start over later this morning. Still loving myself and believe i m worth the effort. Also becoming increasingly important to be a mentor and model for Grace right now. (entered @ 3am Tuesday morning; refers to Monday 2.6.12)
107.0 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I can relate...my weakness is baked goods...and after a couple of wobbly pops, I doubt I would have the will power to NOT eat a couple of them...but that is over now, better choices to come!!
