I am pleased to be off to a good start on the scales this morning. None the less, today went badly. I ate too much.I was cold and wet and all the family home, so I decided to do a roast. But that led to a painfully full stomach, and a calorie blow out. Also, I failed to do any exercise today - which was counter to my plan. But it's 10"30 pm, I'm tired, and it's time for bed.
