Today was Triceps and Biceps Day. Lifted for a total of 41,058 pounds, however I added 4 sets of Wide Grip Pullups and some Forearm movements.

The total weights for Biceps was 13,510 pounds for an increase of 359 pounds compared to last week.

Total weights lifted for Triceps was 19,765 pounds for an increase of 175 pounds compared to last week.

Last week I did the Triceps portion first and this week it was last. It was a challenge to squeeze out some gains from last week, but managed.

Walked for 2 minutes at 3.6 MPH between muscle groups for "warmup".

A total of 35 minutes Cardio with 25 minutes HIIT Cardio for 352 kcal.

Two full hours of heavy gardening action.

I should see some strong results at weigh-in on Monday!
