So, 21 days til lift off. With a consistent effort - I'm looking at 79.
And whatever the number, I'll feel fitter, better and my clothes will be comfortable. If I continue to eat the way I have been, I will continue to feel bloated, uncomfortable, breathless, heavy and awful. The next 21 days will be filled with healthy choices. More effort and organisation required - but worth it. I hope today started some sort of turn around. I guess I'll know in the morning. x
