No movement today on the scale but that is okay. I did well with my food choices yesterday and i worked out, so YAY me! Feeling tired and headachy this morning, but it is my Friday and i m looking forward to a couple of days off. I m glad that i am not facing the SUPER "SNACK"BOWL head on. I will be listening to the game from the safety of work. No nacho cheese or hot wings or any other fatty goodness to resist. This is one year that i m happy that i have to work on Super Bowl Sunday. Now i better get going and get ready for work. I m actually looking forward to working out today instead of wondering if today is the day i will get off my butt and get moving. It is the little triumphs that are helping me this week!

I'm glad I'm not a sports fan, I completely forgot about the Super Bowl...so no beer & nachos for me today...I've noticed that it seems like exercise takes a day or two to show up on the scale...not sure why, but it does eventually show dividends!!
