Today was Chest day. Lifted a total of 29,730 pounds. A 2,275 pound increase from last Monday.

Tried Ball Crunches today. Harder than it looks.

Cut down the post lift HIIT Cardio to 25 minutes for a total calorie burn of 325 kcal.

Will back of HIIT Cardio by 5 minutes this week and see if there is much difference.
