wow!!! weighed myself today. lost 2lbs since last weigh in. I walked 2 hrs yesterday. tomorrow is my birthday so I might cheat just alittle....lol:-)
79.4 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
