I did awesome yesterday. I did great at work and I think it is because I planned my meal before I left. I learned by doing this I am way more apt to make better decisions when I'm eating. 8 hrs of straight walking. My legs are really sore today too... I work early so I'm going out to feed the animals and then if I have time I'll zip to the gym. Gotta get moving if I'm gonna make it... no time to plan this morning so once I get to work I will have to plan my meal very carefully... see you tonight.
