i hit my 10% Goal this Fri. WI 41.6. Ya Hoo!!!. 28 weeks with an Avg of 1.49 per week. For me it was a lot 40+ lbs but it was worth it. Had a lot of ups and downs literally. So on to the next Goal 20% which will be 80 plus lbs. Over half way there. Down 4 sizes in pants. Now if I can get my walking program going I will feel a lot better. I feel great!
