For some reasons I encountered weight loss stagnation at least for a week. I felt a bit depressed but I didn't give up, rather I tried to look back on myself, the way how I've been doing so far. I made up my mine again, and started with refreshed attitude. Finally!!! this morning the scale made me smile again!
