58thday and off Atkins I messed up and my food log shows it well.Just saying goodbye to my dieting .May be I will be back ,may be not.I dont know...Tired.

Don't give up. Just think of all the hard work you have put into this. Look at your weight history. You have done so well. Just brush it off and venture forward.

Don't go, Anita! You really have invested so much. I know you're frustrated and you have a lot going on but maybe relax a bit instead of giving up completely. Keep the overarching Atkins premise (stay away from starchy, sugary foods) but hang in there.

Don't go Anita, I see you've eaten foods that are just never allowed on Atkins...with some modifications, you will lose. I promise. If you contact me, I will help you with diet plans. This is a diet that works on every single blood, body, metabolism type...really. You just haven't been guided in the right direction, and no one has seemed to watch what you've been listing in your food journal. I will help, contact me. Never give up, if only 1 lb. is lost, it's still better than a gain. It comes off 1 lb. at a time...it will add up, I promise. It will work, I promise.
