Feeling a little more optomistic today, I have also started my no junk food thing and eating my two servings of veggies a day. Now that should be fun.
I have calculated out that I have 97 days to reach my goal weight. Which should lead me right to the beginning of spring, all good because that will be the time for new summer clothes and perhaps a new bathing suit too.
Well I hope that everyone has a good day....

Letting go of junk food, was really hard for me. I had to get everything out of my view for a long time. Now I see stuff in the store and I can't believe what I used to eat (yuck). Good for you on the veggies! Veggies make everything better, is what I tell myself. Most of them, you can eat all you want and they do you nothing but good for you. Have a great day!
