Worked back today. Total lift was 8.960 pounds increased from last week for a total of 48,675 pounds lifted.

major advances included rack pulls, one arm rows and seated rows.

Completed 30 minutes of HIIT cardio after weights.

I did not do post weght cardio last week so cannot compare calories burned, but precardio i gained 14 calories in the smae 10 minutes compared to last week.

My Glutamine and BCAA powder should be here tomorrow.
