Eating to my calorie target, and within macros range.

Weights i lifted a total of 24,740 pounds for chest day. Shoulder still not healed.

Cardio was 10 minutes warmup preworkout and 30 minute interval postworkout.

Total lift time was 1 hr: 16 minutes

Tomorrow is back day with no post cardio.

Setting the first week baseline.

This program will be for 6 weeks, with a 1 week rest at maintenance level.
