Finished work at 6:15p and looking forward to a long weekend with my girls. Planned out lunches and dinners for the next four days, did the grocery shopping and 95% stuck to the list. Best part was, I got out of the store with no junk and no sweets. Came home and had a quick/light dinner. Took care of my sweet/chocolate craving in a responsible, healthy manner. Cleaned the house from end to end and now I am ready for bed! In the morning I will be sooo happy that I did all of this tonight! No chores hanging over my head, and no unplanned "fooding" to face. I think I earned at least a +5 on the Madjak30 scale of good choices!
