HEAD IS SPINNING !!!!!
Why did I gain weight?...the scale is lying? Its broken?...I don't understand!!!!
Is it muscle gain?....Is it water retention?.... I should have lost another pound or two!!!

Observations from a turtle: Have you logged your food accurately? Are you counting NEAT as part of EAT on your daily exercise options? Do you understand, for most people(meaning the vast vast majority), in order to add muscle you need a caloric surplus? Do you understand lack of nutrition can literally led to head spinning?!? Key: NEAT--non exercise adaptive thermogenisis and EAT--exercise adaptive thermogenisis. Last TLDR; you are retaining water, be consistent on food intake, weight your food s much as possible, no the scale doesn't lie and neither does the tape or the mirror. When the scale goes up it is hard to see, but there are daily fluctuations as much as 3-5 pounds...persevere...you will succeed!

Don't dwell on it too much and keep away from the scales, you may be expecting too much too fast. Diabloman

Do your clothes fit better? The scale lies, you can go by non scale victories also.
