Feeling guilty about yesterday's pizza. Delicious at the time, but I don't think my body was too happy about it. Felt a bit bloated and yucky this morning.

I'm still good about eating my breakfast, but I'm technically not eating it at breakfast right now. I'm waking up between 8 and 9am. I have a couple glasses of water. And then I'm *supposed* to eat breakfast within half an hour of that water. But I'm dorking around on the computer, watching the morning news...whatever. And, the next thing I know, it's 11am and I'm thinking, "Gee, I should probably eat something, huh?" No a good habit to get in to!

So, starting tomorrow, I am making a conscious decision to have my water first things first when I get up but I HAVE TO EAT within ONE HOUR of waking up! I think this will help get my metabolism revving for the day. And hopefully have the effect of making me feel full longer throughout the day.
