Thanks all. The topping was 1.5 TBS fresh rosemary, 1 TBS extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), 4 cloves grated garlic, a pinch of black pepper and hot chili sauce to taste. This 150 grams was baked skin down for 10 min @ 350 F and then broiled on the top rack for 3 min. #fyi
