Well, I guess that my thoughts on staying the same is good were not entirely accurate. Had a couple of high carb days. On the plus side, a lot of what I ate was oranges, which I craved. And I avoided processed sugar and stayed lower cal, so still better than it could have been. Back on program today, love those carbquick pancakes! Also discovered "Classical Stretch" on PBS, which id a great way to get some higher level fitness without causing any problems with these old knees.
