I'm back at it again today. I went way off, was quite frustrated with not being able to reach my 177 milestone so gave up for a bit. I'm smartening up today and getting back on track.

You could try "tricking" yourself: set a smaller goal for a period of time and when you lose more than you planned to, you will be satisified and motivated to keep going :)
