I lost this AM. I think my problem was that I had stopped eating enough. I was eating far below my calorie count of 1800.

I don't think you are eating enough, you are going to struggle when you get lower in weight as you can't eat any less calories.....I would try and up them now, but I think you know that already or you wouldn't have mentioned it :)
