Like so many others, I have a "thing" for cookbooks. This week I have gone through a couple of books that have Paleo recipes, and have found several to try. Even though I am not "doing Paleo", the recipes avoid things which I know do not react favorably with my particular chemistry. When I avoid grains and dairy, my joints feel better. This getting old stuff stinks.
