HCB. I'm doing well. I actually haven't changed my eating at all. I have no idea why the weight is creeping up. The only thing I can come up with is that my daily caloric requirement has gone down (starvation mode?) and so even though my intake hasn't changed, I've started gaining. My brother says I should be thankful I only need to eat one meal a day, but lunch with the team at work is important to me for social reasons so I need to figure out how to join them without eating (or something). Erika, up until now, I've haven't needed to measure or track anything. I guess I've been doing lazy keto. My son has been a type 1 diabetic since he was 4 so I know how to count carbs better than most. I know I am well under 30g/day (10g if you don't count fiber) My diet is super boring. I have the same lunch every day (a bunless bacon cheeseburger). For dinner, we rotate through a handful of low carb meals so I am reasonably certain my diet hasn't changed in over a year. I hoping the weather (it has been way colder than previous winters) has played a part and as it starts to warm up things will get better. Otherwise, I'll have to try something extreme.
